Shipping policy
- Processing Time: All seasonings orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
- Hardcopy Cookbooks: Hardcopies ordered from our website will be fulfilled and shipped by the estimated wait time or if you choose to order from Amazon, your order will ship from Amazon ONLY whether you are a prime member or not. Ebooks or guides will be delivered via email as a PDF following payment.
- Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for items that have been marked as delivered but are not at your doorstep. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact your local post office for assistance.
- Shipping Address: We ship ONLY to the address provided during the checkout process. If you realize you have entered the wrong address before the product is shipped, please notify us immediately at contact@smokexspice.com. Once the item has been shipped, we are not responsible for the delivery.
- International Shipping: We currently ship within the USA only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of $8.99 will be applied to all orders. However, shipping is free for orders totaling $50 or more.
- Shipping Timeframe: Please allow up to 3-5 business days for shipping within the USA. Additional days may be required during holidays or peak seasons.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. This email will include your order details and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
